For Property Owners

ABC Realty provides full-service property management for single family homes, plexes, and small apartments. We understand how difficult it can be for residential property owners to manage their properties, while finding balance in their personal lives. That's why we offer a full suite of services to relieve property owner stress, such as tenant placement, credit screening, maintenance, property inspections, collections, evictions, and monthly financial reporting.

For Prospective Tenants

We have been helping individuals, families and businesses find residence for more than 25 years. We have many single-family homes in upscale neighborhoods, economical 3 to 4 bedroom family homes, small apartment and multi-unit buildings available for rent. Every year hundreds of tenants depend on ABC Realty for their relocation needs.

Leasing/Management

ABC Realty handles resident placement, requires each prospect to complete an application, and conducts a full credit/criminal background check, then follows up to verify employment and rental history. With aggressive advertising continually running, we receive numerous calls daily to keep our units rented. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible.

Maintenance

To save you money, we use our own in house maintenance team to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. Therefore, you don't have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by others; nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. This can save you hundreds of dollars per year. Maximizing net operating income for each property requires the implementation of uniform management systems which increases operating efficiency and preventative maintenance to minimize the need for potentially high-cost emergency spending. ABC Realty has developed profitable relationships with local vendors, which has streamlined business processes and ensures that ABC Realty procures supplies for it's properties at the most optimal pricing. While most tenants take care of their own lawn-care, we also provide lawn-care options. And of course we provide 24 hour emergency service... seven days a week.

Inspections

Peace of mind? Yes, we offer that as well.....Periodically, we make a thorough inspection of your unit, both inside and outside. This helps us assure lease compliance and make sure your property is being properly cared for.

Evictions / Collections

If rents are not paid by the 5th of the month, we begin the processes necessary to collect rents or evict tenants.

Bookkeeping

You will receive a financial statement each month which will show monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous reports including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, end of year tax information. We will also disburse money via deposit into your bank for you, if available.
